RETAIL STORE MANAGER 

Pride Pools, Spas & Leisure Products is currently hiring a professional FULL-TIME Retail Store Manager.  The Retail Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and overall success of our retail store. This role oversees staff development, customer service, merchandising, sales performance, and operational excellence while creating an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. A successful Retail Manager develops a knowledgeable, motivated team that consistently delivers exceptional customer experience. They maintain a clean and inviting store, build durable customer relationships, and grow store sales.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Staff Development:

• •Train, coach, and develop retail team members
• •Conduct regular performance coaching and provide ongoing feedback to store staff members
• •Create work schedules that ensure adequate staffing while managing labor efficiently
• •Lead by example in professionalism, customer service, and work ethic

• Sales & Customer Experience:

• •Drive retail sales through exceptional customer service and consultative selling
• •Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
• •Ensure every customer receives prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance
• •Resolve customer concerns professionally and work toward positive outcomes
• •Identify opportunities to promote maintenance programs, equipment upgrades, and any other additional company services

Store Merchandising

• •Maintain an attractive, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
• •Execute seasonal merchandising plans and promotional displays
• •Ensure pricing, signage, and product placement are visually appealing
• •Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to minimize stock shortages and surpluses

Business Performance

• •Help achieve departmental sales and profitability goals
• •Monitor store sales
• •Develop strategies to increase revenue, customer retention, and average transaction value
• •Track sales trends and make merchandising or promotional improvements

Operations

• •Oversee daily store operations, opening and closing procedures, and cash handling
• •Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• •Coordinate with warehouse, service, and management teams to provide a seamless customer experience

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Pride Pools, Spas & Leisure Products Inc. is currently hiring for Service Technicians in our Service Department that are energetic, enthusiastic and self motivated with plumbing and electrical experience.  Six (6)-Twelve (12) months experience needed. We pay for industry related training…pay is salary plus commission

Some responsibilities include but not limited to: calling customers to schedule appointments, completing scheduled service calls, reviewing daily service calls, leak detection, pool cleaning, collecting payment on services rendered, inventory control on service vehicle, submitting proposals & estimates and generating new customers.

Responsibilities:

• Repair, install, and adjust industry related systems
• Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in plumbing & electrical
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with industry related tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
